Bulging veins?

Anyone care to talk shop about veins?

I've been 'suffering' (cosmetically at least) from bulging veins on my hands, forearms, feet, and lower legs. At times my hands and nose will also get very red. It's a problem that comes and goes, but is worse after I eat.

I'm fairly young, is this an allergy symptom? Do certain foods expand or contract veins?

I started suffering from varicose veins after the first pregnancy. I should say, it is better to address a doctor first. He can tell you whether you have a disease or not, and if yes, what grade it has. The faster you address a specialist, the better as your situation can cause more serious problems. Good luck!
