Fish Oil is Veg or Non Veg?
Don't know...
Claire,
Don't know the particular brand. Health benefits are enough...
Okay...
Lots of fish oils available on the market are probably not good for you for this reason: the company that produces it takes no responsibility for their product; as is the case with a lot of supplements out there. It is important to do research before deciding who to give your money to. The integrity of the product is Everything.
I buy Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil and I have seen tremendous improvements while using it. It is also flavored with lemon and so you will not experience any bad aftertaste or fishy burps. This oil is one of the higest purity oils available in health food markets and it is a little pricy -- 16oz can run for about $45-$50 at a store, but it is worth it, if you are serious about adding it to your nutritioal lifestyle.
You can buy this product on Vitacost for a bit of a discount -- it is arounr $36 for 16.4 oz bottle.
I hope this helps you on your path, cheers!
Thanks...
