  • This time of the year its Cross Country Skiing. I go out with my children for 1 hour each day. We are privileged to live in a rural area. Just need to snap on the skis and head out back into the woods. Going up some hills provides plenty of cardio workout.

    I used to hike a lot, but now I do shorter workouts at home. Spinning helps me clear my head, and after trying a few setups, I finally found the best indoor cycling bike for my small space and budget. It’s easy to move around and doesn’t take up much room, which is perfect for apartment living. I usually throw on a playlist and go for 30 minutes.
