This is my fav, and it is from Alissa Cohen’s Book: 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother),3 TBSP really raw honey (I have tried raw agave but I prefer honey), 2 TBSP lemon juice and 1/2 tsp celtic or pink himalayan sea salt (I slightly heap it). As this is whirring in the blender I drizzle 1/4 cup raw olive oil until it is nicely blended. It has great zing from the ACV and lemon with a nicely sweet aftertaste. Hope you like it!
