Freezing pulp ok?

Hello all!
When there is pulp left over from juicing, is it alright to freeze that pulp for later uses? Will it still be usable? I’d love to create some dishes a few days after juicing!

    If you want to avoid freezing try low temp. drying of your pulp. You can easily rehydrate it when you need and not have to wait for it to thaw.
