Thanks for responding guys! I know some raw vegans already, and I’ll like to organize more events/ picnics/ classes/ raw food tastings/ foraging sessions. We live in the wilderness, the perfect spot to forage and enjoy the raw life. Let’s make it happen!

Hello there, i’m in elmira (about 15 min. from horseheads). I would love to learn how to forage, given that food prices are about to go up again…:( I would have to co-ordinate it around my work schedule, but think it would be fun.

I don’t think there’s anyone else in Upstate NY :( Do you guys know of any kind of raw restaurant somewhat locally? There’s supposed to be a raw deli in Woodstock, but that’s quite a drive for me!

Hi Folks! Vegan and raw meetups are getting going. I’m organizing bi monthly or weekly tea hours. Once we have momentum, I will set up a lovely raw pie event!
