Vitamin D

I am concerned that now that I am not eating dairy that I am lacking Vitamin D. Does anyone have advice on how to get more Vitamin D, other than sunlight, on a raw food diet?

  • In general 10-15 minutes of sunlight each day to get your Daily Value of Vitamin D taken care of. I enjoy standing my my yard without a shirt in the full sun while eating citrus or other sweet fruits. Time passes quickly and it feels great.
