Every day I've been having a salad with romaine, tomato, avocado, raw black olives and my homemade fig dressing.
I'll either have a green smoothie (orange juice, banana, berries, whatever greens I have on hand, and water) or I'll have a bowl of fruit like red grapes and blueberries with some ground flax and cinnamon sprinkled on top and a little bit of almond milk so I eat it like cereal.
I love my Green Smoothies too! Lately been keeping it simple with ground flax, banana, any other fruit (usually berries), and dark leafy greens.
green smoothie, almost every morning. if i wake up late and miss the smoothie, my whole day feels off!
lately i've been enjoying kale, spinach, dandelion, or collards (usually just one or two types of greens at a time) filled to brim of the blender, 2 pears and about 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries. this is soo good!
winter breakfasts.. sometimes i leave out the blueberries and just use greens and pears with a splash of lemon juice. i often take it to work with me and sip it slowly. pears are available now so they're a winter staple.
ohh and i usually have a tbsp of coconut butter too, eaten plain
Green smoothie! I usually buy greens and 5 bananas at the beginning of every week and what ever other fruits look yummy at the time. It's replaced my morning coffee during my drive to work.
Green smoothie!! Today's was spinach, plums and mango, with cinnamon and nutmeg. Fabulous!!
