IM new and need a grocery list

Anyone can help me with that. I just want to start a healthy new lifestyle that is affordable I just have a juicer and i plan on getting a blender but for now i just need help with a list and more or less were I can find them thanks.

  • wow pretty great are beans allowed i mean beans can be raw right. and how about oats bobs red mill steel cut oats is that ok and Ezekiel sprouted 100% whole grain bread .what kind of milks can i buy that are already made.

  • HI GUYS THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I BEEN 2 DAYS BEING RAW AND I LOVE IT RIGHT NOW I FEEL SO MUCH ENERGY AND IM JUST HAPPY BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE GAS AND BEING IN THE BATH ROOM NONE STOP IS THAT NORMAL PLEASE TELL ME IT IS :( WELL AND ONE MORE THING WHEN U FIRST START BEING RAW DO U HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES BECAUSE I HAVE JUST BEEN EATING UNTIL IM FULL I DONT REALLY WANT MY SELF TO GET HUNGRY AND GO BINGE ON NORMAL FOOD AND RIGHT NOW IM JUST ON NUTS AND FRUITS AND OLIVE OIL AND AVOCADOS. HELP :)

    Wow, you're doing great!! IMHO, it's fine to eat plenty of nuts/olive oil/avocado, especially as you transition, and really ongoing, unless you are gaining weight and don't want that. At first, I think the first prioirty should be staying raw, if at all possible, and those foods will help you to do that and feel satisfied. Don't beat yourself up if you should happen to fall off the wagon, but that said, if you can stay raw and keep enjoying it on the foods you mentioned you are doing a super thing for your body.
