Hi - it's my birthday today and the date sounds special, but I really don't know why everyone is talking about it as being special - does anyone know? I read something about Mayan calendars but didn't understand the significance!
thanks for helping me appreciate the day - I need something 'cos it's been a rubbish day so far; started off OK, then degenerated into frustration as my youngest (Poppy, 5) was just tearful and spent most of the day having tantrums and the other two girls (7 and 9) spent the day arguing over what party games to play. Then they all ended up fighting over the swings (we only have 2) and I went and hid upstairs because I'd had enough!!! They don't go to school on Wednesdays in France and, after today, can't wait for tomorrow when they're back...
