Ok i'M in too, anyway I'm doint a 90days 100% raw as a personal challenge, i'm on day 20 today, so I'll be with you during your 31 days challenge! Let's do it :)

I'd love to join in but I have a birthday meal to go to tomorrow which will probably involve bread and cheese, so I'm going to join late (on the third) if that's okay.
Just found this and all I've had today is watermelon, phew. Count me in!
By the way, I just got a dehydrator the other day and all of my recipes are bombing (I was hoping this machine would be my saving grace in allowing for bread and other treats). I haven't liked anything I have made. Any favorites? By the way, I made the onion bread and bacon (both were really disappointing) and now have Ani Phyo burgers and some nori rolls 'cookin' (with my fingers crossed.)

I really want to move towards more fruit and less fat but im still in the mentality that i have to have my few supplements every day (stupid I know).
Today was-
1 mini cantaloupe blended with water
7 bananas
2tbsp cacao nibs
flax see
bea pollen
5-6 dates

Today I started with lots of lemon water, and for brunch had Strawberries, Peach, Collards, Banana, and water blended.
I prepared a bag of celery, peaches, and lots of fruit for my afternoon. I am going on a mini trip today to pick up a tipi, wish me luck!
P.S. I just wanted to thank everyone for joining this forum. It really helps to know others are doing this along with me. It might sound silly but it means a lot hearing everyone's excitement.
TOday I feel like not being very different...
about 12 bananas (almost all frozen, love it) half whole, half in a smoothie (with the spinach below)

That's pretty it, going at the gym later, but i feel so tired :( I'll see, anyway, I'm on my day 22nd, I see you are doing well!
But I was wondering, what does a challenge means? I mean, does that means that you will continue raw after the 31 days or you will come back to your normal diet? What's your personal objective? :o)

To Fonky: I really would like to continue to be raw past the 31 days. I am doing this to show myself and my body the effects it can have, so that it will keep me motivated to continue on. Also, Sorry you are tired, good luck with the rest of your day. Day 22 is awesome, congratulations!!!
AVL- fruits and veggies cannot replace humanity. You did a good thing!
My new favorite thing to eat:
2 or 3 bananas sliced up
a handful of chopped walnuts
smaller handful of dried coconut
cinnamon
tiny, tiny squeeze of agave nectar just to get everything to stick together.
YUM! Its total comfort food!
I had watermelon for breakfast. Last weekend we went apple picking so I have been chomping on those all day and now I am having a revised version of the above salad with 2 bananas, an apple, and a pear. Inferior to just bananas.
daniefon- thanks a ton. 'Rich' is a good word for that bread. My veggie burgers bombed too. I think I am learning that I don't like flax. It sticks to my teeth and feels heavy in my stomach. Even my poop-factory SAD boyfriend was stopped up a bit after eating a slice of the onion bread. I'll try the pizza bread soon!
Breakfast: 2 apples, green smoothie of banana and romaine, grapes, and an orange
Lunch: Small salad and apple
Dinner: Salad with peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and pickles
Snack 2 apples, two bananas, one orange
I haven't eaten a lot, due to issues out of my control, but usually I eat three times as much food. It wasn't 100%, but I'm not going to beat myself up over having a few olives/pickles.
so farr lara bars i kno they arent reallllyyy raw but transition! and pineapple and apple!! :)
I want to do this too!! I'm still doing research, but I think if I have some people to discuss meal options with I'm down!!! I'll have to join on day 2... day one is almost over!! haha This'll be a cool experiment for me. Now I have to remember to write it all down in my food journal!! ;-)

AVL - People at work are always buying me chocolate and biscuits, it is sweet but I wish they wouldn't. They always read the ingredients to me because they know I'm fussy but even though I don't want to eat any of those ingredients I always feel bad and say it sounds great, and munch it down to keep them happy, I just can't say no. I need to start thinking about myself rather than just trying to please others. I think you did the right thing though by just eating a little of it.
I ate about 3 lbs of grapes, 6 bananas, 3 apples, 4 oranges, and a big salad. Not all the things in the salad were 'raw' per-say (canned mushrooms, olives, garbanzo beans, and some seeds) but thats okay. I refuse to obsses over eating non-raw olives, when I could be eating a whole lot worse.
Today so far I ate a green smoothie (cantaloupe and collards), one apple, raw pasta (zuchini, tomatos, and nut cheese) and one piece of raw pizza (yum!) and one piece of live fudge.
I felt really really dizzy and almost passed out. Is that common? Has anyone else experienced that? Or know what to do to avoid it?

The rest of my eating today was a huge bowl of watermelon with lime squeezed on it and lots of olives. Also a huge banana peach smoothie.
I am so glad everyone is doing so well! Hope day 3 goes great too!!!
AVL- usually when I'm going to someones house and I know people will be eating I bring a fun nut bag, with almonds, pumpkin seeds, and goji and dried bluberries. Or I buy Gone Raw pizza flax snacks, or ginger snax. They are delicious. Usually for me its just having the munchies, and keeping my hand and mouth busy is half the battle.

long day today, 7 hours on the bike getting to the jersey shore.

I am jealous of all of the fruit being consumed. I was going to start my month of 100% raw with a water fast to give my body a break and I have done one day so far. It was surprisingly easy and I really enjoyed getting lots of work done without the distraction of food. I'm going to try and carry on with this today but I have just found out that my grandparents are visiting which means family meal time :s If I have to eat something I'm going to just have whatever is raw on the table (luckily my family are quite healthy) but I really want to continue with my water fast, I'm enjoying it. My mum understands raw but I think she'd start to worry if I said I was fasting, and my grandparents would certainly go crazy. We'll see how it goes.
^ oh dear I can see potatoes and red cabbage going into the oven, it's not fair why did we have to have a big cooked family meal today when I'm trying to stay raw :(

TOday is full moon so I'll have monomeals, like a fruit feasting all day. I do that on full moon and new moon, which means one each 2 weeks. Its kinda cleaning my body!
So I'll have fresh watermelon today. I had peanuts yesterday and I felt so bad eating them, even if raw and all. Maybe I ate too much and my body wasn't use to eat that much fat at the same time??!! :P
