    Went raw this past year for 60 days after reading " The Essene Gospel of Peace ". I felt GREAT! My skin was glowing, I was happy, my spiritual practices were truly strong...and then...I cheated. SO HARD to get back on the wagon as they say but tomorrow I will begin again. It seems so obvious that if something makes you feel so good you would be inclined to do it but I guess a lifetime of bad habits are hard to change.  I was searching for just this type of  thing to keep me honest and get support from like minded people and here you all are! yay.
