    From tomorrow, Tues 11/5/2018, I will be juice fasting. I will go as long as it takes to clear up a few health issues that I have. I think 35 days should more than be enough. However, I am prepared to go until the end of the year. After the juice fast it's on to a high fruit raw diet. I won't be posting every day. My intake will be, more or less,  the same every day- juices, raw protein powder, raw green powder, water. I am cranking up my weight lifting to a more serious routine. I'll also do yoga/stretching and walking. 

    I saw this said in a movie- RESPECT THE RULES. THE RULES ARE MERCILESS. How apt for me, I thought. When I eat cooked food the rules are merciless to me. :)
