  • Teflex vs. Parchment paper

    I've heard that the nonstick surface of teflex can be a health concern. Is it similar to what's on nonstick pans? My doc advised me to avoid that, so I wasn't sure if that meant I should use parchment paper to dehydrate, instead of the teflex sheets. Thoughts?
