  • My cheat meals usually involve hummus and roasted red peppers. Some things are harder to give up than they should be.

  • If it can make raw brownies it can't be too bad of a food processor  How have things been, Fee?
  • Have you always been allergic/sensitive to them? I've never been able to eat a kiwi without my tongue feeling like it has been stabbed by an army of very small sword-wielding soldiers. I've been told that the kiwi allergy is part of a larger birch a…
  • I always thought that castor oil was fish-based, probably due to tasting it as a kid. Are there alternatives? Does epsom salt really have the same result?
  • What hemisphere are you in? It's almost time to get planting in some places.
  • Hi from up north! You must have a long growing season there. Are you planting a vegetable garden this year?

  • Sometimes I get a rash from dust in the house or random baddies in the local water supply. Having a shower filter really helps with the latter problem and I've noticed that my hair stays cleaner for longer when I use it.

  • I may have just reached the limits of my bravery. What do you use to pulverize the things?
  • That is an interesting question. There is no gluten in the grass itself, so as long as you are very dedicated and precise when it comes time to cut the grass, it should be fine. I wouldn't trust anyone else to harvest it for you.

  • I thought that easy to digest foods along with a meal were a good thing. Should you eat foods that are hard to digest with other foods that are hard to digest? I'm new to the science of it all.
  • Date paste is a great idea. Thank you for sharing it! I have been wanting to make more of my own sweeteners so that might be the best idea yet.
  • The raw bac-un recipe looks delicious. My only question: is there anything else that can be used as a sweetener in it other than agave or honey? It's hard to find either raw where I'm living. Once in a while they show up on the store shelf, but it'…
  • Has anyone tried the almond pulp recipe for cookies on here? I'm thinking that they might be the perfect thing to serve Santa on Christmas Eve.
  • I tried doing it a while back. I managed 2 bunches of bananas in a day. I think it was about 15 of them in total. I worry about the dangers of overeating one particular food. We need a certain amount of variety in order to get all of our nutrients.
  • For me it is fewer cravings. I've found that I have an easier time regulating what I eat. Before there was always a constant urge for junk food.

  • What is the premise of the book? It seems you have one already , but I wonder if it establishes a bias (most things do).
  • I go with organic whole food vitamins such as http://www.wholeearthsea.com/ although I do not use that brand exclusively. I'm on a budget. Sometimes it comes down to which brand is having a sale that month. I do notice the difference in my general …
  • You can make your eyes brighter and lighter through a healthy diet, but the color itself is dependent upon factors such as the muscles that make up the retina.
  • I believe that the nutrients are easier to absorb and digest when the seeds are soaked, so go ahead and soak them all you want!
  • I agree with you, Romey. Meditation is about clarity and focus...both things that many of us can use more of in this modern life. I don't see why the bible would have anything bad to say about it,
  • That is the funniest video. You should be proud.
  • I've had a hard time letting go of my Braggs and vinegar. I'm going to try the rice vinegar and see if I can at least lower the amount of damage. Thanks for the info! Audrey, congrats on the detox! Your dressings sound yummy.

  • I used to use hynposis for procrastination. I wouldn't say it was a miracle cure, but I did start to procrastinate less often and less intensely. I think part of it stayed with me. I wish we knew if using it for raw foods worked in the long run.
  • It might be time to try a different recipe! What about something with nutritional yeast in it for that instantly "cheesy" taste without having to worry about if it has gone rancid? I probably would have thrown out the entire thing. I'm very careful …
  • Are there any teachings that say it is wrong to? Interesting subject.
  • I think that this is a beautiful idea. Dreadheads need love too!
  • I'm going on about six months at 90%. Summer is definitely the easiest season to maintain that level. What did you do to keep a high level of raw in the winter?
  • Romey said: I would like to find a recipe for marinated and dehydrated dulse or other sea vegetables.  Read where somebody was talking about how good it is but I don't know how to make it.  That sounds really good. I would be interested as…
