• I find pushing myself to exercise ends up giving me energy. Sometimes, it's that first step that's the hardest.  You definitely need enough food to sustain the exercise, though.

• Sometimes I get a rash from dust in the house or random baddies in the local water supply. Having a shower filter really helps with the latter problem and I've noticed that my hair stays cleaner for longer when I use it.

• That is an interesting question. There is no gluten in the grass itself, so as long as you are very dedicated and precise when it comes time to cut the grass, it should be fine. I wouldn't trust anyone else to harvest it for you.
