• ClaireT thanks for help.. i hav serious problem here . My dr put me on 50% raw diet for 1 month then on full raw diet now its 10 days now .. but problem is i lost my weight 55 to 51 .. really very depressing :( Any help? Im 5.10

• I eat 700grams fruits in breakfast 700g vegetables in lunch 700g steamed vegetables in dinner with 50gram sprouts And in snacks 40grams nuts and sprouts Is this enough .. or additional i drink fruit juices
