  • Where do you live? In the UK you can get cup measures in some shops. I saw a nice set in T.J. Hughes not long ago that also had tablespoons etc at the other ends of each handle. Good Luck!

  • I recently heard a statistic that about 25% of Rawbies went cold turkey.
  • I HATE TO BE THE HEAVY! Let’s please Police this ourselves! This new category came from a thread by someone who was very upset from continually finding non-raw recipes here on GoneRaw. In the thread it was decided to start a new ‘Tag’ for recipes th…
  • It can be, yet always check. There need not be any heat involved in making cider and vinegar is just a by-product kinda. Sometimes it is pasteurized though. We are lucky in the UK to have Aspall’s. They put their production method on their bottle be…

  • No one acutally does sessions in Staunton, normally in Waynesboro or Afton. Check with Peace, Her or Michael may meet you in Charlottesville, Michael may come to Richmond. My sister lives in Richmond. Thanks for thinking of Tonka, He of course is fl…
  • Hey newbie, You are close enough to get it straight from the horses mouth. Leonard is in Staunton and the RBI training center is in Waynesboro! Are you on the other side of Charlottesville? Where are you? Zoe and I will be moving to the area in a fe…
  • I would also recommend the book “Breaking The Death Habit” by Leonard Orr. He has written 24+ books that have been translated into 12 different languages. IMHO this one is his best. If you want the Knots Landing version of the Rebirthing story, find…
  • Hey carrie, Happy to help. Within minutes of finishing my first session I wanted to tell the world and I have been ever since. I also soon afterwards trained to be a facilitator and giving sessions especially to ‘virgins’ is possibly my favorite thi…
  • Hey Sonnenhut, You don’t sound weird at all. These points you’ve brought are one (if not the) reason why Rebirthing-Breathwork gets results. The experience allows you to let go of past trauma mentally and emotionally. There is no real physical probl…
  • Hey bitt, I don’t know how close he is to you (Anacortes, WA) but Seth Bartlet is very, very good. His number is (360) 299-9479 and won’t mind me posting it here. I also know several other good Rebirthers in Oregon and Northern California if you nee…
  • Find yourself a good Rebirther (Rebirthing-Breathwork facilitator). If you want, tell me where you live and I can recommend someone in your area. You will need more than one session for the back pain you describe. I’d suggest that you book in for 10…
  • Members who are open for contact can always put a website or email address in their profile. Many here do. Lovebows, Chris
  • Absolutely Brilliant ElBo, Now that we are both over here on the ‘calmer forum’ why don’t you tell us where you found this article originally. (I stole it from a thread started by ElBo on GI2MR.) It is the best News I have heard in 5 years! Thanks D…
  • Best piece of advice was for sure… Eat all the Raw Food you want! Find something you like and make a lot of it when you make it. Eat before you leave the house too. Lovebows, Chris
  • I started a thread about our new tag PURE. It’s got a bit more info… http://www.goneraw.com/forums/2/topics/6407 Lovebows, Chris
  • I vote for ‘Pure’. It’s easy and short and we don’t have to worry about dashes or underscores. It won’t be a common word in the descriptions of other recipes so it would stand out to the search program more. (correct me if I wrong here Ray) Lovebows…
  • How about just the word ‘pure’ or ‘allraw’. We only have to decide and start using the same term in our tags and then spread the word. Let’s decide in this thread.
  • Hey Sojourner, Do you mean the recipes that contain some cooked ingredients as RKC was saying? Or the ones that suggest blanching something as part of the process? Or have you found like a Potroast recipe or somethin’ on here somewhere? I get good i…

  • I am not afraid of Kandace & Ray’s intentions. I am sure that if they wanted to ‘cash in’ on GoneRaw, they would have by now. Maybe anonymous would be better for the spirit of the site but it would probably raise less funds. Anyone who wants to …
  • Wow, great support! Anyone else?
  • I also like the idea of a special membership with increased functionality. Maybe that could be an option for another $10 a year. Who knows? It’s nice to see you all come on and show support. This is for sure The Best Raw Home in Cyberspace! Lovebows…
