  • I'm known to cheat at least once a week. I'm not 100% raw, and I do love potato chips with hot sauce. It's my weakness, not sure why I give in to the food cravings, but I do. Most of the time my body feels like crap afterwards, but I always go back.…
  • Not sure aboout the first month, but I went raw in March, saw my doctor in May. I lost about 20 lbs, give or take a few. My doc was concerned, I told him about the raw lifestyle he said...oh? All my lab work came back fine.

  • Desenchantee- I’m not 100% raw, I would probably say 90%-95% raw for the most part. I went raw not so much for the weight benefit. I did lose about 20 lbs in 4-5 months. I went raw because I feel better when I maintain the raw diet. I do eat about 3…
  • I’m the only raw in my house. I purchased the Nesco dehydrator and jerky maker, I paid about$50 at walmart. It’s round and you may not like that, I haven’t any problems with it and it dehydrators well. The fan is on the top. I couldn’t afford an Exc…

  • Thanks Kandace. Yes, I do have a dehydrator, but I try to stay away from recipes that call for nuts, they seem to be everywhere. I eat them in moderation. I’ve never made raw bars before, but that option will be expolred. Juice bars…never thought of…
