  • What's the point of making a protein powder? Why not just eat foods that have adequate amounts of protein? Unless you are a bodybuilder attempting to build a ridiculous amount of muscle, fruits and vegetables should do you fine. Low fat is better.

  • Learn to enjoy smoothies. One of my faves is just bananas blended. Eat simple food with special people, don't worry if the food is special or not.

  • Never "limit" yourself, you should always be doing what is best, whether its eating more or less. Whatever you choose, be positive and feel good about it.
