  • i lost about 15 lbs with raw, and it took a couple months. Just stick to raw, keep the oils low-ish and you’ll be fine. Don’t overdo the nuts either—a 1/4 cup a day to 1/2 cup a day is enough.
  • I crave starches, bitt…..brown rice, grains…a bit of olive oil. Har d to resist, don’t know what happened to my original post, but basically my pms lasted 8 days, very irritable, really bad. hasn’t been that bad since last year!
