  • hi! i'm 5' and holding onto too much pregnancy weight - i just read that your optimum weight is about what you were when you were 18 (for women) which means i should get back to around 118 myself. i'm currently 149 on good days and get tons of heada…
  • i don't really have any advice either. i was only a "semi-veg" when i was teen, and so i basically lived off pasta for a few years. they certainly should be more supportive of your food choices, but, also, i can understand their concern - not that i…

  • I believe that the right person for each of us is supportive of sensible decisions we make. Perhaps you can try SparkPeople or FitDay or something to enter your daily food intake so that he can see you're eating enough and getting the right nutrient…
  • congrats on your decision and good luck!! i'm guessing that synergistic left a letter out of their email address, cause now it's vh peronal catering - it's probably personal, so shove an s in there :)

  • retrying! i tried to post this a bunch of times but i kept getting a weird spam warning. i've made breads and crackers and chips of kale, banana, zucchini. i didn't find any of them really worth the effort.

  • I have one and I actually don't use it much, nor do I like a lot of the things I dehydrate. I know there is potential to make awesomeness w/ a D, but we're just not friends, my D and me :D

  • I took a class with someone certified by Alissa - it wasn't for professional stuff, but just for fun. It was $25 and I spent a little over 4 hours hanging out with a bunch of people who were rather like minded. It was fun!
  • I hated it at first too - I tried the Gingerberry first. I kept trying it though - the sweeter flavors - Strawberry, Guava, Mango, etc. I finally like it, but then I realized it makes my stomach hurt. Oh well.
