  • Yeah isn’t it!? I feel that we need to listen to our body when it comes to eating. Our body knows what we need; what vitamins and nutrients we are lacking. We have truly moved away from this. We constantly rely on our minds to tell us when we are em…

  • Getting too much potassium can really throw your body off. 6-7 bananas covers the recommended daily value (2000-2500 mg) I dont eat as many as I use to (20) because I began to feel ill. Right now I eat about 10-12 a day and I feel awesome!

  • Filtered water with added MSM and colloidal trace minerals.
  • wow those tomatoes really sound like they have been dried to a crisp! Are the ones that you have been using organic?
  • In large amounts, salt can be extremely toxic. I avoid pure salt and just use seaweeds. Dulse granules are my favorite because they add so much flavor and just the right amount of saltiness. Eat those sea veggies!! V

  • I like anything from Cuisinart. My blender has a glass container instead of a plastic one which may contain toxins. It is also super powerful! Check them out on cuisinart.com
  • I agree with shane! use fresh spinach, collards, kale, etc to create a powerful green smoothie. The only powdered veg that I get is spirulina, which is a ocean seaweed.
