  • yeah, it takes a while for your body to clean itself out and get used to raw. When I first started I would randomly fall asleep in the middle of the day and feel really tired a lot.

  • Wow, that really sucks! I’ve never gotten poison ivy before, even though I’ve touched it before, and ran through it a few times. I’m glad I don’t have any reaction to it.

  • Yeah, I’ve been wondering that too, since I have a lavender plant growing in the backyard. And peppermint too. I wonder if I could make some tea with it, or cookies, or raw breads or snack bars :D

  • guacamole, any kind of sauce on noodles made from zucchini with a vegetable peeler, a spinach salad with avocado and tomato with olive oil and sea salt massaged into the spinach to make it soft… there’s LOTS of tasty recipes
  • tahini plus apple cider vinegar with cumin and turmeric and oregano and sea salt! :D I just love how that stuff tastes
  • Well, eating raw foods IS pretty cleansing in itself, but if you want to take it a step further, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with doing cleanses. They also give your body a break from digesting heavier foods like nuts :D
