  • Kale, spinach and apples. Also sprouted wild rice, cucumbers and bananas. Eating more greens (blending them right now because I have digestion problems) made all the difference in the world.
  • I’m doing sprouted wild rice and am pleasantly surprised by it. I too love rice, especially basmati.
  • It’s funny, before I read “Green for Life,” I would make green smoothies and not be hungry. After I read the book, I was surprised to hear that the green smoothie will help with cravings. I was raw in 2003 and then again last year for about 4 months…
