  • I’ve noticed that if I eat a heavier breakfast with some fats in it then I’m not as hungry later in the day. If I only have fruit in the morning then I’ll be starving. I like a big meal in the morning and then do my smoothie at night.

  • rawjazz, was it hard to cut out all the fat because When I limit my fat too much I start to crave avocado or nuts and nut butter. I would like to lose a few pounds so I’ve been trying to watch my fat intake.

  • If you are craving something heavier you should eat it. I crave almond butter all the time, but then I eat it and feel better. Also Carrot juice is great for energy. I usually do carrot celery juice! good luck, it will get better!
