  • Dr. Howell in Enzyme Nutrition talks a lot about salt soaks being very good for you. Basically pour lots of sea salt in a very hot tub water, then soak for 10-15 minutes. In august i’m moving and i’ll have a tub to soak in – I can’t wait!!
