  • I sometimes worry about this. I hate talking for longer than a minute on my mobile phone. My ear/head burns and I know this cannot be healthy. I work in an office so spend most of my time neasr computers/wireless/etc. I've looked into those pendants…
  • Yep, just freeze chunks of banana overnight then whizz them in the food processor with whatever else you fancy. Last night I made a banana/sharon fruit combo which was lovely. Blueberry and choc is also a firm fav of mine.
  • Just found a couple of cheap boxes of sharon fruit at the local shop - YESSSSS!! (My BF thinks I'm so sad to get so excited over fruit!)
  • Yeah, I'm really sad they're not around any more. :-(
  • That's a tough one! Probably sharon fruit (persimmon).
  • Can I just ask how long it normally takes before you notice results from oil pulling? Can I use any type of cold pressed oil? Kind of intrigued by it but scared to try...worried I'd just gag!

  • I found Don Miguel Ruiz's 'The Four Agreements' very good. Really helped me through some shaky times. Its very simple but effective. I lent it to a friend ages ago and really want it back as could do with reading it again.

  • I'm not 100% (I'm a high raw vegan) but I've seen a huge improvement in my skin, I've lost weight and got more energy. My blood sugar issues have gone and when I first went raw, loads of people commented how great I looked.
  • Haha! It's good isn't it! I had a major addiction to it a while back and couldn't get enough. It's great with apples and blueberries mixed in and topped with cinnamon. Glad you guys liked it.
