  • I would also be interested in an answer to this question, I have the exact same issue. I have only had one period so far this year and a little bit of spotting yet I have been getting stomach cramps and bloating around that time of the month.

  • I still prefer roasted red peppers, I find raw a bit bitter. I know they're not a vegetable but I have always loved raw mushrooms. mmmmm.

  • Thank you for that, I don't think I'll ever look at my BMI again. Weighing oneself at all is a bit silly as it depends on so many different factors. Looking in the mirror seems by far to be the better option.

  • Yes, I might start using seeds in place of nuts. I never realy plan what I'm going to eat too far in advance and often don't have time to soak. Thank you for all the tips.
