  • definitely will give up nuts with you. I had a sudden bout of the stomach flu, and i can tell you, they are much better going down than up. I think they may have aided my problems with my stomach. I definitely need to give em up, at least mostly.

  • Woohooo. Raw food teen right here. I find as though a lot of people are resistant to the line of raw food thinking because it goes against what they have been taught, and at that moment they may not be ready or feel a need to change how they are eat…
