  • i used dr bronners tea tree oil soap. it’s natural, fair trade, non-drying, and suds up a bit. after the shower i smother on the coconut oil before my skin dries out for extra moisture.

  • germin8; i guess i wouldn’t eat cooked morels either, since right now i am pretty close to 100% raw. they are supposed to be delicious, though. All i know is that raw morels contain poison. cooking them renders the poison neutral.
