  • Ali, I believe that eating raw would actually make your situation better. When you eat food, uncooked and raw, the way it was meant to be you get ALL the health benefits. Research it, of course, but I think you would benefit greatly from going raw.

  • I know we dry our Stevia in our greenhouse. It's an all natural process...I would agree with the statement that the white processed stevia is NOT raw, but if it has been sun dried like ours it would have all the healing properties originally in it.
