  • I don't think of eating cooked as cheating. I just view it as part of an enjoyable life. Maybe I should be more than 95% raw to get even more benefits, but I'm not ready yet. I also get regular colonics for detox.
  • If I'm out and about between meals, I have nuts and seeds dates and figs with me. I find now I just eat when I'm hungry. On cooked, I always timed my meals every 2.5 hours because of hypoglycemia. Now on raw, I have no sugar problems.

  • Ok this sounds crazy especially if you a re a guy. But I get sinus infections, and crying is VERY helpful! I watch sappy movies, and it helps!
  • yikes! I too get chronic sinus infections. Every doctor tells me that u can get away without taking antibiotics until they become impacted. After that, it is very dangerous!

  • Just the bloating part means something's rotting, and make you feel sick. Happened to me many times. As your colon cleans out, eventually you will know what foods don't work. For me, beans never work. But soaked wild rice is wonderful:)
