  • there's no such thing as a raw grocery store nut / seed. lets not kid ourselves now. dehydrated food, raw? but i know what you mean. and there all dried and processed. but I ate them as a transition foods, now i'm on avocados.
  • I'm allergic to coconut, durian, almonds, and most other nuts / seeds the only thing i know, for sure i'm not allergic to, is leaf greens, and celery. i don't know about broccoli a flower.
  • 3 syllables. avo-ca-do. the best transition food on the raw vegan planet.
  • all nuts really are the same. i've tasted bulk bin and pre-packaged, roasted, "raw", salted. all the same processed food. just don't get nuts with sugar in them. duh.
  • wow zoe, you have some ridiculously good looking skin. you do like botox whatever. or you use chemicals. i remember you saying a post, your off the nuts / seeds, and hittin' the avocados up.
  • sh-yeah, seeds are more alkaline. almonds are +1.3 alkalinity pepitas are +5.4 alkalinity i'm currently transitioning off of roasted almonds to roasted pepitas, then i'll be hitting up the avocado.
