Community PageMy neighbors cats are killing all the birds in the neighborhood or at least in my yard. We have two cats of our own. They stay inside. If the neighbors can't take responsibility and watch their cats. Then they should be shot! Yes a cat's instinct is to kill, that's why they need to be put inside. Why should hundreds of birds die because people can't watch their cats. You don't see stray dogs running around without the authorities getting involved. I should be different for cats? There are more of a nuisance than a dog unless the dog is aggressive
