    I did not know olive oil worked maybe all oils pull, but coconut is not nasty at all. It really works, at least do it for 4 minutes.

    I tried it with Coconut Oil and it surely works, but I had sooo much poison my teeth had suffered really bad, so hopefully all infection is gone. I never heard of the Sesame Oil and that stuff is strong. smile Maybe I will try it. I usually swished around 4 minutes.
