So far dressing up my salads has been the most fun. Currently on a kick for vinegrettes with a half red wine vinegar and half apple cider vinegar base.

I'm a chef and I've been woth my current resturant about a year. Took my head chef till last week to eat a steak I cooked. He said he hated to but gave me props. Sometimes you just gotta keep your resolve up till people respect your choices.

Just saying hi. I'm a long time vegetarian and new vegan. I'm working to go full raw to continue to improve my health. I'm also a career chef so looking forward to lerning new recipies and maybe sharing some of my own.
