Community PageMy new TSM dehydrator says to not leave it unattended. For 24 hours? Please somebody tell me that they sleep and run errands while their machine is operating.
The manual also warns to not let the machine run above 155 degrees or the unit may be damaged. The maximum temperature is supposed to be 150 degrees. Has anybody found this to be a problem? I didn't purchase a special thermometer to monitor the temperature, and don't want to babysit the machine anyway.
