I'm new to raw (have been unsuccessful at past attempts, but have been going really well on the raw cleanse). Today I was with friends at a birthday who were all eating junk snacks. Unfortunately I hadn't prepared well and by the end I was hungry so I had some crisps. It was not a huge deal, I didn't have many, but I'm feeling the effects later on. I'm seeing this as a good thing, I'm adjusting to raw and my body doesn't want processed foods, yay! I am wondering, though, what everyone's favourite snacks are. This is step one in preparing myself better from now on, I will also check out the recipe section!!
