Raw Athletes

Hey everybody, My name is JOsh and i have been raw for about three months. I recently got back into cycling 25-45 miles a day, and my body is just feeling so weak. I eat as much as i can but it just seems as though nothing is enough. Is there anything i can eat w/ a sufficient amount of energy. I would appreciate some feedback and some tips on what i can do. thanks!!!! -josh

    look into 80/10/10…there is a group on this forum

    raw athletes use this high fruit, low-fat version of he raw diet to power extraordinary athletic feats

    it might be just the thing you are looking for
