2 Large Flaxseed Crackers
¼ cup Almond Butter
¼ Cucumber, sliced
¼ cup Clover Sprouts (or other small sprouts)
¼ Avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon Pecans
½ Lemon, juiced
1 pinch Lemon Pepper
Recipe Directions
Spread almond butter on flaxseed crackers. Top with cucumber slices, avocado slices, sprouts and pecans. Squeeze lemon juice over sandwhich and sprinkle lemon pepper. Enjoy!
