fatigue ??

hey everyone!

i started eating raw food last year but only for a few weeks at time and with good length breaks in between and then for a month about in december and now i have been raw for almost two months.... every time so far i haven't really detoxed much, i've been vegetarian all my life so im not to supprised. however lately i have been supremely fatigued, like all i want to do is lay on the coach all day. This is completely depressing to me considering usually i am very active. Anyone have any ideas ?? i usually eat lots of fruit, at least one huge salad a day, and nut & seeds in all kinds of prepared goodies. anywho i really dont want to stop eating my happy food but if i can't find the energy to go to work then somethings will have to change. PLEASE HELP.

  • that is good to hear, at least i know im not alone. i wonder if there is anything that can be done to help give me a little pep in my step. I am a server at a very busy restaurant and need do a little something to keep going. any suggestions??

  • another thing that helps is bananas because theyre really high in potassium, which has a substantial effect on energy levels.
