Spirulina! This has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven to be a reliable and potent source of vitamin B12. I have a tbs. of it almost everyday (usually in a date breakfast bar or a smoothie). It tastes the best when paired with equal amounts of maca and agave, carob and agave, or maca carob and agave. It also tastes really good with tropical fruits (mangos and pineapples) as well as berries.
Good to know! Spirulina and greens that have been picked and sitting in a store for a little while should suffice. Good food for thought to tell folks who berate me with nutrition and protein comments!
I don't know anything about the rotting greens, but actually, Gabriel Cousens & others now say that spirulina is NOT a good way to get B12 - I think they say it's not the right form of B12 for our bodies to absorb or something. Dr. Cousens recommends B12 supplementation for all vegans. Although I've recently heard that kombucha has B12...
