What to do with rainbow chard?

Hi,

I recently joined a CSA and picked up my box of produce today. I have a bunch of HUGE rainbow chard that I have no idea what to do with.

Any suggestions?

    I put chard in my green smoothies also you can do wraps with them I have not yet tried but want to is the cheesy kale chip recipe with it.

    Ohh, I love chard in smoothies! It's been looking poorly around here, so I haven't had any in a while. I am envious! It's good torn in small size pieces mixed in with other salad greens, too. The stems are good chopped up and in where ever you would use celery.

    Thanks for the advice!

    I ended up making chips with them. They aren't as sturdy as kale, but they turned out delicious!

    I have made chips with my chard and I found they were MORe sturdy, which made me like em better. Guess I had some thick chard leaves. It wasn't rainbow chard.
