Whats your favorite recipe using almond pulp or flour?

I have the lots of recipes using it, but I don't know where to start. So far I have made a cake from sweet gratitude and didn't care for it so maybe I will try a cookie.

    i haven't actually made this recipe but a raw cafe nearby makes raw lasagna with the cheese made from peeled almonds

    it is soooo delicious i'd say it's better or just as good as regular cheese lasagna

    The other day I used almond flour to make corn bread it came out sooo good! I used fresh corn from the cob, almond flour, ground flax, honey and grated apple.. when it came out of the dehydrator I put a little almond butter on it and I couldn't stop eating it! I would be interested in other people's ideas for almond flour..
