Eating frozen foods is the same as eating lightly steamed foods

Hey everyone found this pretty interesting article on frozen food. I know a lot of raw foodists freeze their foods and think they are getting all the benefits when in fact they destroying vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Personally I think freezing is unnecessary and you can get a raw dessert to easily set in the fridge while keeping intact all of its "goods". If you are freezing to store fruits and vegetables invest in a dehydrator and do that instead.
