Avocados are great but expensive and high in fat...i already eat at least one a day.
Irish moss is flavorless, low in calories and no fat. Or, what about baby coconut? I like banana flavor, but not in everything! I've also been using peeled zucchini in things and it makes it creamy, but you have to work to create the right flavor.
