Bananas Shmananas...*sign*

How do i cover the overwhelming flavor of bananas? I love the texture in smoothies, raw ice cream, desserts, etc....but have never really loved the flavor. Is there anything you suggest to cover it up? It seems to permeate through everything. Or is there another healthy alternative that would give me the same creamy thickness i use the bananas for?

    try avocados to thicken a smoothie, or if you can find it cherimoya

  • Avocados are great but expensive and high in fat...i already eat at least one a day.

    Irish moss is flavorless, low in calories and no fat. Or, what about baby coconut? I like banana flavor, but not in everything! I've also been using peeled zucchini in things and it makes it creamy, but you have to work to create the right flavor.
