My Introduction

Hi everyone!

I met a nice person at the recent Raw & Living Spirit Retreat in Mollala, OR, who mentioned this forum, so I decided to pop on over here and give it a go!

I've been mostly raw since February... and I've now been leaning more towards the 80/10/10 style of eating.

Anyway, I'll be cruising through the forums, reading along, so hopefully will see you there!
