that is really interesting. how would one go about eating them? in a salad? or could you add them to a smoothies? any ideas anyone?
I have juiced the carrot greens with the carrot, beets, kale and an apple - really quite good and makes you feel fantastic!:) Then I used the veggie pulp with some sprouted quinoa to make the Raw Royal Bread from this site - outstanding stuff!
Try them for sure!
