Master Cleanse or 100% Raw

I would like to start a master cleanse or 100% raw, on October 1st. Would anyone consider joining me? Or have any thoughts to which is better to start with.

I would love to either make it a public forum or email back and forth.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts...

    I was also considering a juice feast... if that is a better option.

    one hundred percent raw. master cleanse is potentially dangerous, but I guess everything is. either way, it's best to eat, and then fast with water when you feel that is necessary. let's be raw together!
